Actually listening to their employees. Not just taking a stance based on metrics that are inaccurate. Hurts the employee and the company.
Actually honor what you offer in your interview process. Offered one pay rate in writing and then they didn't honor such when I was onboarded.
I feel undervauled because I was offered one pay rate but once I started they changed the pay rate. This company can't be trusted when going through the offer process.
What's going wrong is the leadership and management levels in between. This is a dead end job as their is no growth without being related or friends with management. They will find ways to push you out.
