It was quick. I felt like it was a mutual fit and the process was really seamless.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's so amazing to come to work and actually enjoy what you do and the people you are around. I love my team and the positive atmosphere at work.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that all the work we do is for a greater good. We're making such a difference in the lives of others and that makes me happy. We're literally changing people's lives!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I absolutely love my team! I feel like they're truly people I could count on outside of work. I love being with them at work and it makes the work day that much more enjoyable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the accessibility of the team. The team is extremely friendly and professional while being very transparent with their employees. SDC is the best place I've worked thus far and I can't imagine working anywhere else!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like there isn't always time to evaluate the work we do and our performance. We work really hard and because we're so focused on growth, it feels like we can forget the importance of evaluation and reward for hard work.
