What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

more communication when something happens to address issues properly

The help that we give between each other, regadless of the job position.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The way leadership is being handled, sometimes being on a team is more like a hierarchy than anything else

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued due to the fact that, compensation is not paid as supposed to, since there are always issues with payroll.

We're concerned to see this, as we aren't sure which issues are being referred to. Our team works hard to provide pay when expected. We hope you will reach out to the payroll team with your feedback.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?

That there should be more communicative, people skills involved on the process. Because after the interview people may consider not to continue with the process.

It's always our goal to to provide a a clear and transparent candidate experience, and we always encourage candidates to ask the questions they need to ensure that they are moving forward towards the right position for them. Please reach out!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Payment issues need to be taken care off. Leadership/people skills need to be improved. More communication needs to be available between leader ship and the representatives on the floor working hand by hand with the customers.
