What are some of the best things about your team?
Diverse group of talent from 10+ years of experience to only a few years within the industry. Team members are always willing to lend a hand and help another team member out.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I often see that we treat years of experience or top talent the same as entry-level in terms of compensation/salary. ELT refuses to pay for top talent yet wants/expects the same results or experience from a new hire

What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how the ELT continues to search for new and innovative ways to keep our brand ahead of the curve when it comes to diversifying the shopping experience for obtaining new aligners, thus strengthening our clientele and keeping us a leader in our industry.
