What needs to change to make the company culture better?
improve the sense of urgency to resolve issues ( specially the Tickets )

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been top performer several times and all they give me is mini fan.
We certainly want our team to feel valued within their compensation structure, and we like providing acknowledgement to team members for the things they excel in as well. We hope you will reach out to your leaders and people support with your input.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
All mentioned previously, it's not nice to have angry customer and don't have the tools and information they need.

In providing information, to be on top of things and make sure the tickets get resolved. More human touch and people skills.
