Every leader I've worked for at SmileDirectClub is genuinely invested in their team members' success and job satisfaction. They have big plans for internal promotion and coaching their team members up!

I am strongly supported and valued as a team member for SmileDirectClub. I know my peers do as well because of the positive and joyful atmosphere I get o work in every day.

We work together so well because we are strongly encouraged to bring our ideas and strategies to the table (and given the confidence to do so). This breeds innovation and progress, and it shows.
