For my years of experience and everything I'm doing in my role, I deserve higher pay and a more appropriate title.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We need better communication and less attacking of one another. We are one team, and should work to help one another in our various areas of expertise. The work environment used to be enjoyable and positive. Right now unfortunately it's full of negativity, drama, complaining, and egos.
This is disappointing to hear, as we take pride in the positive work environment you described experiencing at one point. If anything threatens that, we certainly want it to be addressed. We sure hope you will reach out further.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company is growing so fast and hiring at an extreme pace. This means teams are constantly in flux. Change is good -- as long as there is clear communication about what the changes are and how it will affect the team currently here. That hasn't been happening as of late.
