
my team is pretty small so since we are so small we are close-knit and like a family, we rarely have and problems
take employees feelings and thoughts about certain situations into consideration. think decisions out more thoroughly and think about how those decisions will effect the every department and not just the biggest department.

the company/ building i work in was very small when i started and the process was different but my interview was laid back, easy and the manager at the time made me feel comfortable.
