What did you like most about the interview process?

The people were smiling, we were told about the great place to work it was, that this WAS NOT like any other call center and that we were customer centric

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We don't have the 2 break all other companies provide and we work 6 days. Having only one day off does not allow time for family and clean the house. All one wants to do is sleep. Feels like a prison

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Management needs to manage, not come late (very )to work and sleep (and eat), then treat bad the ones taking care of the customers. it takes up to 10 minutes to get support. We get different answers and treat everyday. Not sure how leaders are selected. in general, the structure, the selection and
