I thought the self-recorded video interview process was a little uncomfortable. I was most comfortable when I was on the phone with upper management.

This is the first company I've worked for of this size that will actually hear out employees and consider new ideas from all ranks/positions.

This company is incredibly competitive with my compensation package. I have more than a decade of experience in retail management and my work life balance has never been better.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?
The public beat down on shops with low close rate did not go unnoticed. Yea, don’t do that. Forcing the fear of reprimand to shops and team members is not how you cultivate a good customer experience. Sham
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very accessible. The entire company, from my direct supervisor to HQ is awesome. The energy is great. Coming from a retail background, it's refreshing to work for a company with such a great vibe.
