Camaraderie is a must at SDC, and anyone not committed to working together in a respectful, encouraging, and transparent manner won't make it long.
What did you like most about the interview process?
During the interview process, I felt respected and understood at every level, and each new interviewer seemed to have gotten a full download from the last. Oftentimes during a chain of interviews, it doesn't seem like the interviewers are communicating well with one another, but not at SDC.
What makes you most happy at work?
The open dialogue between all facets of the company is a real strength and makes a huge difference in the day-to-day work experience here at SDC. There are no barriers to communication, and anyone can contact the right person for their question or concern without having to jump through hoops.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I've never been a part of a company before so dedicated to truly listening to its field-level personnel. From the CEO on down, everyone is committed to getting a real-world perspective of affairs and responding in kind. It's truly a rare gift to be heard and understood in this way.
