I think the face time interviews are valuable. It was fast paced and to the point.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There is a high expectation for selling which stresses out employees and leaders. We feel so much pressure daily that we lose sight of the customers experience at time. DM's and up make us feel bad about ourselves when we don't perform.
We're disappointed to see this, as we certainly always want the customer and team member experience to be positive. We trust the feedback and perspective of our team, and we hope you will share input with your leaders and people support.
