What did you like most about the interview process?
I loved how friendly my leaders were who I interviewed with, they helped me feel comfortable so I nailed it!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is that SDC starts us at a high hourly wage while encouraging a monthly bonus that is obtainable. I also love my benefits coverage!! Now I can visit my doctor when needed.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love that SDC genuinely cares about its employees, whether thats shown through compensation, benefits, catering lunch 'just because', or having celebrations. Our break room is always stocked with Frothy Monkey coffee (and also medicine which I personally love as I get headaches a lot).
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are like a big family and we love to help one another so we can win as a team. Everyone is friendly and professional. They are a huge reason why I love working here- it's completely drama free and I have made a ton of friends.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are so helpful and encouraging! My leadership team has been very involved in my growth. I love that they will go over metrics with me to really break down how I can improve. I love how friendly they are too; they know EVERYONE'S name and are easy to approach.
