My team! The communication is flawless! We all go above and beyond for one another to help each other exceed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is amazing! Always challenging you, staying curious, developing our weakest points, but inspiring with encouragement from every leader around you.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They pin point the objection and IMMEDIATELY correct it. A lot of changes all the time, but necessary for growth. It's never a dull moment!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We collaborate, discuss, we look at the facts and grow on it. It's always a fun environment, but we are reminded we're running a business and helping others.
What did you like most about the interview process?
EXTREMELY QUICK RESPONSE! My first interview was on a Wednesday and I had an offer waiting for me on Tuesday morning. I had a total of 3 interviews.
