i have the luxury of working remotely , so im always happy "at" work :) but honestly its productive and can be rewarding. there is no "slow " days and I like that

constant reminders of goals being hit, company accomplishments, personal accomplishments. we also take the time to acknowledge a team member that we feel is doing great :) always something positive being said or done on a weekly basis.

its was very ahead of the wave first with Skype interviews, once chosen candidate they really accommodated me by sending me out to beautiful Nashville to train and meet with my higher ups. its just overall felt like a good step in the right direction.

i appreciate always getting paid on time and accurately. Also there is constant opportunity for growth in the company that is never to late to be taken advantage of. its like they want you to make more money here and you truly feel that support. also, paid vacation are awesome :)

coming from a dental office you can sometimes experience a sense of "hazing " in a way, or having to prove your self. In this team they really make you feel apart and fully capable of what is asked of you. There is always assistance but you are encouraged to be the best you.

this company is so n board with everyone growth and it is uncanny how they do so, understanding that there is so many of us. Leadership has a great structure in keeping everyone in the loop with everyone else, between different departments as well. As big as we are we are a like a small family
