I was promised a raise and never given it and I am not the first person it has happened to. The AC has been broken for multiple months and my co worker was hospitalized due to heat exhaustion. They were working inside with temperatures at 99 degrees Fahrenheit

Absolutely undervalued. If I am told I am being given a raise, I expect to see it on my paycheck
