I have loved my 3 years at Sonic, with an exception of the past few months. A manager that is directly under my GM went from one of my favorite people there, to the sole creator of an extremely toxic work enviroment, & the reason that I, along with several others, are considering leaving Sonic.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The manager that is causing issues needs to either learn how to manage his employees without screaming, cussing, belittling, humiliating and threatening to fire them all day every day.
