Sonic drive in is my first job,I am 15 years old. I may not have prior job history but I will have to say. If our management team was better or more properly trained I would be more of a thriving employee. I enjoy my work and I enjoy serving my community.

I have enjoyed making new friendships and how some are helpful during overwhelming moments of the day.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Getting to know the employees better, utilizing some interviewer skills. Not just asking basic "so when can you work?"
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need management training.How to communicate with their team and be more organized. Properly train employees and know how to handle situations accordingly.
