While working at sonic, the general manager has hired inexperienced crew leaders that constantly disrespect every employee in the building. I'm not a perfect employee, but i want to make this store better. Nobody wants to work at this sonic anymore because of these managers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to be more professional and stop hiring inexperienced managers just because they're their "friends". They need to keep their personal life and their work life separate. I'm tired of these managers emotionally abusing these carhops and cooks. If that changed, we'd never be short staffed
