The customers and the kids that come there for a great experience

Making sure everyone understands it a little better and follows thru it an with the help of good candidates that participate and wanna work

As for certain employees i worked with there they have only a few really great cooks and servers that i would vouch for or was there and mistreated
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being responsible for there actions and taking charge for the consequences, also no competing against your own cooks or employees when leading a team to sales together instead of against eachother complete task as one with good leadership n positivity an trust, also talk to a person with respect.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a cook i been miss treated, talk to mean when it came to asking a question or giving a opinion, my words never mattered the managers dont regard the fact or appreciate how hard i work, and the pay is ridiculous so with that being said i dont kno what will make me feel bettr about any compensati
