When im clocking out. At least i get paid something

Getting a job. I liked the idea of staying busy
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because countless times i tryed to fix my issues, while managers were calling me crazy. I worked hard. They couldnt even provide us with a drink while were working in extreme weather sometimes
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Most definitely, theyre awful. Id love to say im lying, but im not. Managers treat lower level employees terrible but fail to see that lower level employee are the backbone if sonic. Without carhops and cooks where would sonic be?
