use to love working for sonic, we had a clear and define mission, Quality food with great customer service, but lately it been about nothing but get the orders out as fast as possible, no worry about quality now, its all about quantity. Makes me feel like I'm working at McDonald's again.

Hire better employees, promote teamwork, concentrate on quality of product and service instead of speed.

Inexpericened in dealing with the culture that has developed in Sonic, but they are trying and will learn
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
All the work I do for this company, my particular restaurant I do most if not all the fairly difficult jobs, but have others less experienced making just as much if not more than me
