I have only worked 4 times and was told to find something more compatible for me and wasn't told if i was fired i was promised that i would be working 5 days week for 4 hours a day. I did many tasks when i worked at McDonald's and the manager only had me do soda. I am deaply frustrated by this.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The management was poor and not really willing to work with new employees communication was lacking And training was abysmal
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Improve upon not giving out false information to new employees And not stringing new employees on before saying I don't think you're a good fit go somewhere else.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Management needs to be better at training new employees new employees as well as not string new employees on for 3 weeks before saying I think you should find something that's better suited to you.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to do better on longer training than just 4 times i am a person who struggles with Learning Disability i need to be able to train more than four times for the simple fact that I am Dyslexic
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because as my manager is trying to force me to quit simply because he only gave me 4 days of training And I could have done more than just work on soda.. They did not truly train me and they did not truly give me a shot At showing my full potential at work
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
As I said before management only had me work 4 days before not having me work for 2 weeks 2 weeks only to say I think you should find something that's more suitable for you they did not give me a proper chance to show what I'm capable of they did not train me well they only had me do soda for 4 days
