Working at sonic is very tough at least at the location I work at I am a Latin African-American and the work environment is very uncomfortable with constant racial slurs that offends me and other Latin Americans

Focusing on leading and furthering the company leader ship is very poor

Just being mindful of others feelings and respecting others races and religion

Just having a little bit more respect for the hard-working crew that comes in daily
