I love what I do and dont mind doing it. However my work enviroment is hostile due to discrimination which makes me fee unwelcome to work.

I do my job and have worked for sonic for years yet dont have the pay I am supposed to have. A raise would be fair.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The managers have arguments thats impact my job and lifestyle. I have been forced to write statements and my job threatened over situations i have no part in because a manager would like to make a point
