Its the worst experience i have ever had i have two managers that think its ok to yell and to display faulty he said she said and take sides and let everyone know whats its all about in front of everyone . The owner of the store lets this behavior keep escalating. All the lazy people get everything
What did you like most about the interview process?
They where very nice to me and spoke about the job in such a regard it was nice
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Be nice with everyone not just the people they like also act like a team and stop being so selfish while we have work to get done understand that if you ha e a bad day you leave it outside do not bring it in to the work place
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to learn the real responsibilities of being leaders and understand the respect they need to show and stop flavoring other people that do not do there job or take there time to doing things to get out of there responsibilities. They need to understand they can not yell at there employees
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I belive the turn over rate is because of all the manager's and the owners fualt at this location so many people leave because they do not like how they are treated and feel uncomfortable with how the leaders are not actually acting like people who wants to succeed in making the place better
