The manager was very open about expectations, regulations, hours, and positions. She explained everything to me very patiently, which was much appreciated with me being completely new to it. After her training, I was comfortable in my position within a 1.5 weeks and ready to start doing it myself.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is dedicated and keep each other in line, which are values I didnt realize would be so important unril I began working. This team has certainly made my first job an easy transition into the flow of work days, and the hard work that it requires for every shift.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Metropolis location has a lot of diversity in not only the ages of their workers, but also the backgrounds. As a highschool student, a lot of workplaces have been labeled by the schools thag turn to them. However, even though this one had been labeled a different school, its been very positive.
