The coworkers attitude toward one another and customers

Working as a team and having the same rules for all employees

Coworkers being negative and always trying to make other coworkers look bad toward the customers and the managers.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel that since I am a very hard worker and take pride in my job I get taken advantage of and not regonignized in what I do bring to the company.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

doing what is expected of them and instead of coworkers trying to make others look bad start being postive to much negative going on which makes it hard to work as a team.
