People should just respect others. Just go by the golden rule.

Horrible managers that cuss other employees out and then they still have a job.

They need to learn how to talk to people, including customers, with respect. Not cuss them out.

When good employees and managers are there it great. Otherwise you are working with adults that act like children.

Some employees and managers need to learn how to talk to people. A manager at my store actually would not throw something away for a customer!
