Getting off each night and being done for the night.

Hard working night shift and it was worth being their manager.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Often no help from manager on shifts and put most of work load on assistant gm. If manager would have worked then nobody would have to pick up his slack
