Overall Sonic is a good place to work. The biggest struggle is staying properly staffed. The carhops working for tips don't make much, so they come and go fast. If you know what you're doing the potential to make alot of tips is definitely there. I'm a manager here.

My boss was very informative and told me exactly what to expect from the beginning. It was a fast and to the point interview
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My boss is hard working and dedicated to her job. Her boss however, is rarely seen. They put too much work load on my boss then want to get mad when the store isn't running smoothly.
