I was hired as a cook only to be pushed aside and placed as prep. Then my hours were cut and new people hired. They were hired in making more money and getting more hours. Some were promoted to management without proper training. All the while I'm told there's no room for me. Happening right now

Adequate staff that has been properly trained.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
That the job description you are applying for is very clear and understood
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There needs to be consistency in management, proper procedural protocol being followed, and fairness to crew members by management based on work performance not favoritism.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It's not crew members needing improvement. There are only two crew members and one manager on a shift. There's no way you are being productive and efficient that understaffed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Crew members are expected to do the work of three people alone. Then if you aren't hitting status quo you lose your hours to another person wiling to undercut you. I would feel better being able to support a family with my income.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They seem to have forgotten what it was like being down on a crew member level. Something needs to improve when crew members are expected to work an entire shift without a break. When they are expected to run an entire shift with three people in the store because of labor and working equipment.
