It'd be nice if we had at least one manager people have titles but they're not managers

Our operating partner hires her friends and shows no accountability and then she shows favoritism towards them
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel a lot better if I got paid the money I was supposed to get when I was hired
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
For first it be nice if they showed up on time or at all, or just maybe if my manager would actually write them up for being late or not coming in so that we can replace them with better employees but she won't do that to her friends
