I was promoted with no pay raise and did not agree was informed until another manager returned from leave that I would get a raise as she herself did not know how to request a raise her babysitter and fellow coworker also harassing me and coworkers teaming up and joking about how to fire others

Nepotism actual leadership development would be nice anti bullying

Just common courtesy and respect the lack of leadership has trickeled down to the lower ranks allowing room for mistakes and bad experiences for customers and employees alike

Communication between management and shift leaders common courtesy and respect acknowledging ones mistakes and shortcomings then taking initiative to keep morale high along with their own work ethics
