The partners are too focused on numbers to care about their staff. No effective crisis management either
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay as a co manager was 10$ until it got bumped up to 13$ because company wide employees were being underpaid. But after I got the raise less employees were put on my shift because now labor needed to be controlled, although it didn't need to be controlled according to the higher ups.
