What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too many mask mandates for this who can’t wear them. Coworkers bully me for my disabilities and steal my tips, which I don’t get enough

I feel undervalued because I’m bullied and the shift leaders always steal my tip money. I’m also bullied for not masking up while others don’t comply with the mandate either but they aren’t bullied
