I have a good experience there but recently ive been feeling out of place because i am one of the younger assistant mangers there an i feel like whenever something bad takes place im the blame especially since honest mistakes other managers make that i make one time i get fully blamed but never them

i dont get enough recognition for what i do especially for the way i get treated ive work at my location for over a year an people that come in after me are somewhere making more then me
