The leadership at Sunnova New Homes needs to actually do their job. They do not do any work due to sheer laziness, poor training, and lack of skill. Their team members pick up their slack so leadership doesn't have to lift a finger. Team members go above their title & workload to get anything done.

Being paid more for the work that we do. More work is given and no extra pay for it. PTO and sick hours should not be the same. Recognition and praise means nothing if there is no compensation for it.

The lack of proper processes, to many manager/leaders who are inept to lead a team. We need managers who can introduce change, lead and get over the finish line. There's a constant mindset to be reactive but not proactive.
