What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understand technology and care about humans. They recycle humans as if we are trash. Even at VP level. If gou are not part of the bro culture theny you are out. If you are in then you can be completely incompetent and you will be just fine

Proper company structure at the company Officer level would be a great start. Better pay for hourly employees would also be a good step in the right direction.

there are some some team members that make more than I do hired years after i was.

They should have equal pay irrespective of where aomeone works. LCOL or HCOL shoiodnt matter if two people are delivering the same

Pay rate should reflect our work and quality. Send help when we actually need it. Promotions should be avaible when we are ready for them. 1 on 1 meeting like I was promosed when i was getting hired. Lot of favortism in the office.

To put it simply, wage disparity While I understand that Leadership puts in more time and work, it is not 1000% of the work that a general worker puts in. Executive wage creep and the stagnation of general workers' wages highlight where power and decision are held.

Being part of a team that is hourly yet expected to perform as though we are salary in terms of overall workload and responsibility speaks entirely of being undervalued to me. The current environment reminds me very much of how Halliburton runs.

I have spent time and money on skilling up but it seems like there are no viable roles to move up into despite displaying time and time again that I am an asset to the company.
