If only the leadership was good. I am very happy with the work the teams, etc. i can even manage with the pay. The lwadership, however, is horrendous.

I am atruggling to think of anything considering they just did a reorg and made things worse

They should have equal pay irrespective of where aomeone works. LCOL or HCOL shoiodnt matter if two people are delivering the same
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understand technology and care about humans. They recycle humans as if we are trash. Even at VP level. If gou are not part of the bro culture theny you are out. If you are in then you can be completely incompetent and you will be just fine
