Equity, my annual bonus and my salary

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the leadership team takes my function for granted - I'd love to see them invest more in the people who make momentive a great place to work.

Less emphasis on long term comp. 4 year employees are rare and it's quite the expectation to expect them to stick around that long in this climate. Higher base translates to a higher commitment to candidates in the now.

Salaries are not at market. We are still at 50% percentile where we were prior to being public. Our policies are to pay within band and to have tenure in role reflected in your base comp, but this is not true for many people. Some even get promoted below band on the justification of budget.
