This team is the best I've ever worked with. Everyone is engaged and committed to making SWCA a great organization. We collaborate and support each other, we learn from each other and we also know each other as our full unique selves. I love it!

We are truly OneSWCA, everyone works together to solve problems, arrive at solutions, set each other up for success and achieve goals. And we have FUN doing it. I love out team meetings, we're always learning something new and we're always being creative and learning more about each other.
