Interacting with staff on project pursuits, project work, and organizational initiatives can be energizing and inspiring.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Managing growth at upper levels of leadership to allow more competitive pay practices for the staff that are writing proposals and billing hours to clients. I would like to see individuals at the Director and VP (and to a degree, SVP) level leading by example by doing project work.
