In my five years at SWCA, we have doubled in size, but that has not affected our company culture. I feel like that is a hard transition to make, but SWCA has done it very well.

The SWCA leadership team is action oriented and addresses any concerns immediately. The company is implemented processes to improve ation between project managers, and field staff which elevates our field crew ensure their voices are hurt.

Leaders at SWCA are serious about growing careers. I was able to create a brand-new position there was a need for, and it was approved and created! I've seen others within SWCA advance into NEW areas & given the chance instead of looking externally.
