My normal salary is great, but SWCA also contributes to my 401(k) AND there's an ESOP!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People feel like stakeholders, working for themselves and their peers as employee owners. We're not working to enrich some out-of-touch private equity owners somewhere; we're working hard and producing excellent quality deliverables for our clients and teammates.

What makes you most happy at work?
I love my clients and my team. There's a ton of laughter and camadarie and shared pride in our environmental programs and our clients' satisfaction. We also know that our technical work is science-based and the best in the industry.
