Unrelated to compensation, things such as flexibility in scheduling and work environments are welcome.

It's been a long time, but it was friendly and casual, made me feel welcome.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Since I don't enroll in benefits with the firm, it's hard to comment on actual benefits. What I find to be the best part about working at SWCA is the flexibility in when and where I can perform my job duties. I also appreciate things like the education reimbursement program.
