The leadership team really cares about the employees and works hard to solicit feedback that they then take to heart.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There isn't any drama at SWCA. Every company has work politics but SWCA seems to have less than other companies.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The ESOP model is wonderful. Getting company stock awarded every year is amazing. The stock keeps growing as the company is growing. It really adds up over time.
