This is a great company and I have been here for a very long time. I love the collaboration between offices but some offices are much better about that than others. We are growing at a pace that is sometimes hard to manage. We have sales goals for the office that increases-w/o additional support

Our office and region collaborates very well.

They are my friends and MOST of them work very hard.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A bit more transparency on how and why people are paid. It seems like its hard to get a pay raise once you are hired on even when you get more responsibilities.
