we all have different strengths so we between us, we can be creative and find solutions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
it's easy! easy to track, manage, and i can always ask a question and get an answer. It's transparent.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are engaged, they are always looking for ways to improve, they give positive feedback, they make our company feel "small" although we are large. (negative feedback is more localized as it should be)
What makes you most happy at work?
interacting with people, (within SWCA and Clients). knowing we are doing good work. that we have integrity, so i can be confident when selling our services. that we take care of each other.
