SWCA pays less than most all other firms providing the same services.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I never really interact with many of my coworkers so it sort of feels like I am on an island
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is tough to overcome the reputation of being one of the poorer paying firms in our field, even if the benefits make up for it. It's still hard to get and retain top talent.
